About Pa Tuan Chin
The Pa Tuan Chin exercises are some of the oldest recorded Chinese health exercises. From this point of view they are a treasure within themselves. Over the centuries many variations of these exercises have emerged but they are unmistakably Pa Tuan Chin in nature.
